Chinese Compact Tractors from Siromer
The Siromer range of Compact Tractors are made in China and have
been imported into the UK for about 7 years. They are available in
Cornwall from Lizard Tractors who are the Authorised 
Agent
for the County. These Compact Tractors range from the 20hp budget 2
cylinder model up to the very capable 43hp 4 cylinder version fitted
with an Isuzu Engine. The Siromer range of Tractors are manufactured
by ‘Jiangsu
Yueda Yancheng Manufacture Co. Ltd’ at their Tractor factory.
The Siromer Tractor Range
The Siromer range of Tractors available in Cornwall can be supplied either Built or as a Self Assembly kit of parts. All Siromer tractors have 4 wheel drive. In price, they range from the 20hp (204) self assembly flat pack tractor at £2,950 +vat to the fully built 43 hp version (404) at £7,500 +vat. They can also be customised with various options such as shuttle or creeper transmission. These are not toys, but fully functional workhorses which fully meet UK safety standards and are Road Legal. Lizard Tractors will also carry out the registration and Plating if You (like many of us) trip over the many hurdles put in our way by officialdom.
As an example of the Siromer Tractors capability,
even the budget model 204 with it's 20hp 2 cylinder engine
comes with 12 forward and 4 reverse gears including a crawler gear
and 4 Wheel Drive plus a 400kg 3 point lift. As with all the Siromer
Tractor range, even this budget model comes with Power Steering and
a Clockwise 450/1,000 rpm Power Take Off known as Category 1 PTO plus
rear hydraulic quick release coupling.
Note: Some
other Compact Tractors are fitted with anticlockwise PTO's which limits
You to Their Own Attachments at Their Price.
This range of Compact Tractor is ideal for Smallholder's etc who would otherwise be looking at part worn out tractor on the secondhand market.
